During my recent stay at the Chapter House for the Salisbury Flower Festival, I was pleasantly surprised by the culinary delights on offer. The restaurant’s ambiance struck a perfect balance between casual and refined, inviting guests to indulge in a menu filled with innovative dishes. I particularly enjoyed the finger-licking marinated ribs, which were packed with flavor and skillfully prepared. Breakfast was equally commendable, showcasing a delightful selection from Eggs Benedict to a hearty Full English. The staff’s attentive service made the dining experience truly memorable. Though the hotel lacks on-site parking, the subsidised arrangement at the nearby public car park was quite convenient. The Chapter House serves as an excellent base for exploring the surrounding sights, particularly the majestic Salisbury Cathedral right across the entrance. I certainly look forward to returning to this charming establishment with its impressive focus on gastronomy and comfort.
